About SpecimenXpress
Specimen Xpress provides mobile phlebotomy and specialty lab collection support for patients, providers, and laboratories across Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Cape Cod.
Founded by Nicole Williams, a nurse, health educator, and functional wellness professional, Specimen Xpress was created to make functional and specialty lab testing easier, more convenient, and less overwhelming for patients and providers.
We understand that specialty lab kits often include detailed instructions, timing requirements, processing steps, packaging requirements, and shipping deadlines. Our role is to help patients complete these collections correctly while reducing the logistical burden on the ordering provider’s office.
Specimen Xpress supports mobile blood draws, specimen processing, packaging, delivery, and shipping assistance for provider-ordered testing.
Our goal is to provide calm, reliable, professional collection support so testing gets completed smoothly and correctly.

Patient-Requested Draws
Whether you were referred by your provider or found us directly, Specimen Xpress can help you complete your specialty or functional lab kit collection. Submit a draw request or contact us with your name, city/town, lab kit name, fasting status, and any special instructions included in your kit. We will review the details, confirm pricing, and schedule a convenient time to come to your home, workplace, or another approved location where the collection can be completed safely and privately.

Providers
After ordering your patient’s lab kit, refer them to Specimen Xpress to request a draw through our website, email, or phone. We coordinate scheduling directly with the patient and support the collection process from mobile blood draw to specimen processing, packaging, and shipment according to kit instructions. Our goal is to reduce the logistical burden on your office while helping patients complete provider-ordered testing correctly and on time.

Rates
Specimen Xpress rates start at $85 and are based on location, mileage, number of kits collected, processing requirements, and whether specimens need to be shipped or delivered to a local laboratory. All specimens are processed by the collector according to kit or laboratory instructions and prepared for shipment or delivery as needed.
Extended coverage may be available for the North Shore, South Shore, Western Massachusetts, and other areas by request. Additional fees apply.

Specialty Labs We Commonly Support
Specimen Xpress assists with collection and specimen handling for many provider-ordered functional and specialty lab kits, including Vibrant Wellness, Genova Diagnostics, Mosaic Diagnostics, IGeneX, DUTCH/Precision Analytical, ZRT Laboratory, Doctor’s Data, KBMO Diagnostics, US BioTek, Cell Science Systems, and other specialty testing companies. Testing must be ordered by the patient’s provider.
